About the Artist Chomsuda Samana's passion for batik art was cultivated from a young age, as she learned the techniques of textile dyeing, waxed drawing, and color combination from her parents. Her mother began working in batik in 1973, and her father, who holds a degree in textiles, is an expert in the industry promotion center.

After graduating from high school, Chomsuda was awarded a scholarship to study accounting, but her true calling was to contribute to her family's home workshop. With the guidance and support of her parents and sister, Chomsuda has honed her skills and developed a unique artistic style that is showcased in this stunning sarong.
